All participants must adhere to the following Rules and Regulations
All tents must be ordered through Florida Memorial University. You will not be permitted to bring and set up your own individual tent on Betty Ferguson Recreational Complex grounds.
All spaces will be assigned with a Tent Number/Name by FMU.
Vendors/Tailgaters should arrive by 7:00 a.m. to setup – setup ends at 8:30 a.m. – NO EXCEPTIONS, Please start cleanup at 3:00 pm – (Tents, Tables & Chairs will be picked up by vending company at 3:30 p.m.).
No cooking under the tents. You must place grills at least 3-feet away from your tent.
Vendors/Tailgaters are responsible for leaving the area as they found it. Leave the area clean at closing.
All participants must have a fire extinguisher (101b. ABC) and must not pour old or excess grease and charcoal on the stadium lawn or drains.
There will be no electrical outlets or running water
Florida Memorial University (Bookstore) has exclusive rights to sell FMU paraphernalia (i.e. shirts, mugs, hats, ). Please note, FMU has the right to remove any vendor who does not comply with the established guidelines. Vendors/Tailgaters will be escorted out of the venue by security.
All participants must bring containers and/or plastic bags for debris in immediate surrounding areas.
Applications will not be processed until payment is processed and approved. Vendors agree to furnish to FMU proof of Liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 general aggregate, submitted nknight@fmuniv.edu. No later than a week before the game.
