All participants must adhere to the following Rules and Regulations:
NO PERSONAL TENTS ALLOWED
$200.00 each tent 10×10 on Betty Ferguson Recreational Complex or Florida Memorial University grounds.
$300.00 each tent 10×10 Homecoming, on Ansin Sport Complex, Miramar (Roar Fest area)
All spaces will be assigned with a Tent Number/Name by FMU, there will be no electrical outlets or running water provided, vendor/tailgaters are responsible for leaving the area as they found it. Leaving a clean area at closing, please do not pour old or excess grease and charcoal on the stadium lawn or drains.
Outside grills and cooking equipment will NOT BE PERMITTED within the Roar Fest area or any other area within the park.
Vendors/Tailgaters are responsible for leaving the area as they found it. Leave the area clean at closing.
Florida Memorial University (Bookstore) has exclusive rights to sell FMU paraphernalia (i.e. shirts, megs, hats etc.) Please note that FMU has the right to remove any vendor who does not comply with the established guidelines. Vendors/Tailgaters will be escorted out of the venue by security.
All participants must bring containers and/or plastic bags for debris in immediate surrounding areas.
All applications will not be processed until payment is processed and approved. Vendors agree to furnish to FMU proof of Liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 general aggregate, submitted tonknight@fmuniv.edu. No later than a week before the game.
