01 Refund Policy+
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email at least five business days before the first day of class. Cancelled courses result in a 100% refund, including the registration fee. No refunds are given after a class has begun.
Credit card refunds are credited to the card used to register. Money order and bank-certified check payments are refunded by check, mailed four to six weeks after a course withdrawal or cancellation.
02 ID Cards & Campus Access+
Students enrolled in certificate programs are issued FMU photo ID cards. CEPS students, partners, and community members enrolled in workshops, seminars, and individual courses must present a registration receipt and a state-issued ID to enter any campus building.
03 Course, Institute & Program Information+
Course and program information will be posted on the CEPS webpage. Books and other course materials are not included in course costs, with some exceptions. Participants should bring or have all required textbooks and materials by the first day of class.
04 Transcripts & Certificates+
Requests for transcripts and program certificates must be submitted by email to ceps@fmu.edu.
