Vendor Payment – Select game/s you are reserving for tailgate:

All participants must adhere to the following Rules and Regulations:

  • NO PERSONAL TENTS ALLOWED
  • $200.00 each tent 10×10 on Betty Ferguson Recreational Complex. (Football games on Sept. 19th, October 3rd, Nov. 7th & Nov. 14th.
  • $300.00 each tent 10×10 Homecoming Game Only Oct. 24th, on Ansin Sport Complex, Miramar (Roar Fest area)
  • $400.00 each Food Truck Homecoming Game Only Oct. 24th (only if you receive approved notice).  on Ansin Sport Complex, Vendor Roar.
  • All spaces will be assigned with a Tent Number/Name by FMU, there will be no electrical outlets or running water provided, vendor/tailgaters are responsible for leaving the area as they found it.  Leaving a clean area at closing, please do not leave items on the stadium lawn.
  • Outside grills WILL BE PERMITTED within the Roar Fest Area ONLY, No cooking under the tents.  The grills must be placed at least 4 feet away from the tent.
  • Propane Tank WILL NOT BE PERMITTED within the Roar Fest area or any other areas in the park.
  • Florida Memorial University (Bookstore) has exclusive rights to sell FMU paraphernalia (i.e. shirts, megs, hats etc.)  Please note that FMU has the right to remove any vendor who does not comply with the established guidelines.  Vendors/Tailgaters will be escorted out of the venue by security.
  • Vendors who wish to sell FMU paraphernalia please contact Ms. Knight at nknight@fmu.edu
  • All applications will not be processed until payment is processed and approved.  Vendors agree to furnish to FMU proof of Liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 general aggregate, submitted nknight@fmuniv.edu.  No later than a week before the game.
