Biography

Dr. Yaron J. Zoller is an Associate Professor of Management at FMU, where he teaches courses in leadership, organizational behavior, and strategic management. With a diverse teaching portfolio, he also instructs in critical thinking, organizational change and development, international business, business communications, business analytics, and human resource management. His academic and professional interests focus on organizational behavior, the impact of cross-cultural dynamics on management practices, the history of management, and the development of effective leaders and followers.

Before joining FMU, Dr. Zoller served as a faculty member and the director of the Business Scholars Program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and as an Assistant Professor of Management at Lakeland University (WI). Before his academic career, he spent over a decade in the technology industry, specializing in software development and quality assurance for a multinational firm. Dr. Zoller also served as a Lieutenant in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) from 1993 to 1998, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to service.

Professional Activities

Dr. Zoller’s research has been featured in esteemed journals, including the Journal of Management History, American Journal of Psychology, and Aging, Neuropsychology, and Cognition. An active member of the Academy of Management (AOM) and the Academy of International Business (AIB), he regularly contributes as a presenter, reviewer, and  participant at their annual meetings. His scholarly work has also been shared at the MBAA International Conference and the International Neuropsychological Society, reflecting his interdisciplinary approach to management and psychology.

Dr. Zoller’s unique combination of academic expertise, practical experience, and global perspective enriches his contributions to the field of management and higher education.
